Her musical recordings and performances were enormously popular during the Second World War. Vera Lynn's life after the war During her life, Vera dedicated quite a bit of her chance to noble cause work, helping ex-servicemen, handicapped youngsters, and bosom disease good cause. The wartime artist established a cerebral paralysis good cause named the Dame Vera Lynn Children's Charity in 2002, which offers help and instruction for "Dame Vera Lynn, who lived in Ditchling, East Sussex, passed away earlier today, 18 June 2020, surrounded by her close family."
